What counts as a correction
A correction is a change to a material factual claim, source interpretation, product or platform status, legal context, calculation, diagram or instruction that could alter a reader’s decision.
How to report a possible error
Use the public editorial contact shown in the site footer once that mailbox has been activated. Include the affected page URL, the disputed passage, supporting evidence and any relevant dates. Please do not send confidential venue, employee or visitor information.
Review process
- Confirm the exact page and claim.
- Check primary documentation and the date of the relevant change.
- Assess whether related guides contain the same statement.
- Correct the material, update the review date and record the change.
- Use a visible correction note when the previous wording could materially have misled readers.
Minor edits
Spelling, formatting and clarity changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a public correction note.
